Features

High-Strength Amorphous wire exhibits strength equivalent to piano wire with the corrosion resistance and elasticity of SUS304. Using these excellent mechanical properties, High-Strength Amorphous wire is suited to applications requiring high elasticity or reinforcement such as carbon materials.
High-Strength Amorphous wire standard shapes are round wire at 20, 50 and 100 micrometer diameter and flat wire at 20x250 micrometers. We handle requests for other specifications for individual projects.

Major applications

• Wire brushes for removing static in the OA equipment and ATM fields (stranded wire)
• Reinforcement for carbon materials such as golf shafts, fishing rods
