Why choose MAGFIT?

Preventing detachment from the denture

The MAGFIT series of products are structured with wings and other features aimed at an anchor effect to prevent their detachment from dentures. In addition, the oval wing is oval-shaped to prevent rotation inside the denture.
Since the magnetic assembly is less likely to fall off from the denture, it can be used with peace of mind.
The MAGFIT M (for which insurance applies) which is compatible with the direct bonding method (KB method), uses a combination of oval wing and a retention groove to prevent detachment.

Development of proprietary stainless steel for magnetic attachment

As a material manufacturer of the Toyota Group, we have applied metallurgical technology to develop a corrosion-resistant soft magnetic stainless steel AUM20 (patent No.JP2627026) for magnetic attachments. AUM20 is a nickel-free material avoiding metallic allergies.
A magnet is sealed hermetically in a stainless steel casing by micro-laser welding technology, so that the assembly can withstand clinical conditions.

Closed magnetic circuit structure

To make effective use of magnets, it is essential to have a magnetic circuit in which magnetic force flow smoothly and effectively.
The MAGFIT uses a closed magnetic circuit structure that is effective and prevents magnetism from leaking to the outside, and has increased attraction force.

Traceability

As part of quality assurance, we value traceability and all our products are laser etched with the corresponding lot number.
