When conducting business handling specific personal information, etc. based on the "Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures,"
ASC has established the necessary matters to ensure the proper handling of Individual Numbers and specific personal information (hereinafter referred to as “specific personal information, etc.") for their protection,
and will handle specified personal information, etc. in accordance with the following policy.
- ASC shall use Individual Numbers within the scope of the purposes of use notified or publicly announced in advance only when necessary for the processing of the affairs stipulated in the Number Act.
- ASC shall appropriately collect, use, store, dispose of, and safely manage documents, etc. containing acquired specific personal information, etc.
- ASC shall implement safe management measures to prevent information leaks, etc. of specific personal information, etc.
- ASC shall implement regular training or provide information, etc. to its employees and ensure the proper handling of specific personal information, etc.
- ASC shall provide necessary and appropriate supervision of those implementing Individual Number-related practices, including contractors, when employees, etc. handle specific personal information, etc.
- ASC shall respond appropriately to complaints and requests for consultation from those concerned.
